The clients wish to create a holiday space that immerses them in the landscape and environment of the New Zealand coastline, capturing the essence of the New Zealand coastal life in all seasons.
The design while open creates multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, it maximises coastal views while allowing shelter in a rear courtyard.

Heipipi Drive Home

The Heipipi Home offers maximum glass towards the north and coastal views, while full length terraces and cedar screens shade and give texture to the elevations. The 'L' shape plan allows for protection from either the sun or wind on this exposed site.
